The main responsibility of the Judicial Branch is To interpret the Constitution 
and resolve any disputes under the law.



The responsibility of the legislative branch
To act as the people's representatives in the operation of the government - act as the counter-

balance to the Executive and Judicial Branches - propose legislation - prepare bills which they 
forward to the President for him to sign into law.




The executive branch's primary role is to enforce laws passed by Congress
